All passes are in electronic form only (E-Pass) and will be delivered on the registered email address for a single time use, after the completion of the registration process.

ad:tech reserves the right to limit the number of passes to be sold and it will be based on internal company decisions.

Solicitation or distribution of any type of marketing or advertising material is prohibited unless previously arranged with ad:tech show management. Violators will be removed from the show - no exceptions!

The ad:tech agenda, speakers, sessions, and timing are subject to change. Please visit the website closer to the event for the most up-to-date program

The fastest and easiest way to secure your pass for ad:tech 2023 is via our website. Here you can choose from the pass options, complete your registration and pay online. Payments can be made via multiple options including Credit /Debit Card/Wallets /UPI online.
Post the completion of your online registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation having unique reference code and barcode - this is your E-Pass and entry to the event.
The email will be sent to you from service ID - newdelhi@ad-tech.com. If you do not receive the email confirmation in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure the email was not filtered.
Each E-Pass can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your pass and barcode. If you did not receive your E-Pass, or you would like it re-sent, please contact Girish Shukll at Girish@tecogis.com.
Yes - substitutions requests will only be approved till 1st Feb'23 subject to written consent from the original registrant. All substitutions must be submitted to Neha Takkar at neha.takkar@comexposium.com. Please note, the pass transfer is only allowed within organization and passes cannot be transferred or swapped between different people during the event.
Yes, the approved cancelled pass holders can request for a refund till 1st March’23. No cancellation and refunds will be approved post the given date. The refunds will be processed in 10-14 days post the event after deducting a nominal processing fee.
Only delegates who've paid up for a Full Access pass can request an invitation letter via us.
To request the invitation letter for ad:tech New Delhi, you can email Girish.Kukreja@comexposium.com. Also, we recommend that you check with your local government for information on required documents and arrangements you'll need for travel to New Delhi.
All Access Pass Delegates, Speakers, Sponsors and Exhibitors will have access to the official ad:tech Networking App. The App will be launched closer to the event and will enable you to connect and fix meetings with All Access Pass Delegates, Speakers, Sponsors and Exhibitors before, during, and after the conference.
We want to assure you that at ad:tech, we put your safety first, and by working closely with all our partners, vendors and venue we are taking all necessary precautions as per government guidelines to provide the best level of protection at the event
The passes are available in Indian Rupees (INR) only
All our passes are packaged for a two-day conference, we do not offer one-day passes.
Yes, your ad:tech pass gives you access for both days of the event.
