Terms & Conditions

All tickets are in electronic form only (E-Ticket) and are delivered via email to the email address used during registration, following completion of the registration process. Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode.

ad:tech show management reserves the right to qualify any and all attendees to its events. We reserve the right to deny access to any individual or company that does not qualify as a marketing industry professional; and/or engages in or is reputed to engage in marketing practices that are generally considered unethical, unprofessional, or non-compliant with anti-spam legislation. ad:tech is strongly opposed to spam and will aggressively take action to keep those engaging in such practices out of our event.

ad:tech also reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from non-exhibitor vendor companies who we consider to be sellers rather than buyers.

Solicitation or distribution of any type of marketing or advertising material is prohibited unless previously arranged with ad:tech show management. Violators will be removed from the show – no exceptions!

The ad:tech agenda, speakers, sessions and timing are subject to change. Please visit the website closer to the event for the most up-to-date program.

 

Freqently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How are tickets delivered?

Following the completion of your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation having unique reference code and barcode – this is your E-Ticket and entry to the event. You must bring this E-Ticket to the event, either on your smartphone, or by printing it off. Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode.

What to do if I didn’t receive, or I lost, my E-Ticket?

Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode. If you did not receive your E-Ticket, or you would like it re-sent, please contact Urmi Mukherjee at urmi.mukherjee@comexposium.com or phone +91 9560907369.

Can I make a group booking?

You can choose the group of 5 option in our registration page. For group size more than 5 please contact Urmi Mukherjee at urmi.mukherjee@comexposium.com or call at +91 9560907369.

Can I transfer my pass?

Yes – substitutions will gladly be accepted till till 28th Feb’19 subject subject to written consent from the original registrant. All substitutions must be submitted to Urmi Mukherjee at urmi.mukherjee@comexposium.com. Please note, passes cannot be transferred or swapped between different people during the event (March – 14th – 15th 2019).

What currency are prices in?

INR only.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by email to Urmi Mukherjee at urmi.mukherjee@comexposium.com. Cancellations received on or before 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund to the Credit Card/Debit Card used, minus processing fee. Thereafter no refunds will be processed in case of failure to cancel the same 14 days prior to the start of the event. Therefore to claim the refund you are requested to cancel the registration in writing by 5pm, Thursday 28th February, 2019.
